Senses - Mug
One of my biggest shortcomings is that I find it really difficult to have bodily awareness. When I actually take the time to slow down I sense the tension in my back, the fog in my mind, all the good stuff. So I made a mug that features a grounding exercise I’ve found useful in my life:
